Hi My Quilting Friends!
I'm Sylvia, I would like to share a quick story with you about my journey through life and fabric.
My love for sewing and fabric started at a young age, with taking my first sewing class in high school. Yes, they taught sewing in high school in my day! I enjoyed the process so much, but as I became older, started my career and family, there was limited time.
Fast forward a few years and watching my kids have kids, I decided to take up sewing again. My first projects were jammies for the whole family during the holidays. That's now become a tradition that I've carried on for over 20 years. I took on quilting as my next project about 5 years ago. I had not taken a quilting class but decided to try to learn on my own and figured a few things out the hard way. My first quilts were a little wonky and had some had imperfections. Once I took my first quilting class, I was hooked.
My passion is creating with fabric... any kind of projects. Opening this online store has been one of my greatest joys. I hope to bring beautiful fabric and wonderful quilt kits to those who love to create. So, thank you in advance for helping me make my passion into a business. My goal is to offer different styles of high-quality fabric and products from reputable manufactures and designers.
